This is exactly what it is. Her mid life crisis. Everyone sees it for what it is except for her(and him I guess). I had mine I guess lady seeking fuck a couple years back. Had an old girlfriend pop up back in my life who i had some serious unresolved issues with. I had even talked with my wife about this girl and that I was unsure of how I would react if she ever came back into my life. Well it happened when she and I were in a rough spot. Our youngest was about 8 months old and I was basiy a lump on the couch(literally) to her. I was gone 4 days of the week for work. Two of the remaining days I had to go to bed at 5pm because I had to be to work at 1am. This left us 1 day/night for the two of us to spend time together. With a it doesnt always work out. Being the nice guy I am I would end up on the couch 3 out of 4 of those nights because she would be tired and need her sleep(I was overweight then and snored fairly loud). I really felt neglected by her. I had tried to address this issue with her numerous times over the course of about 4 months but nothing changed. So up pops this old girlfriend at a difficult time, all these old feelings came back(exactly what I was afraid of happening and I had told my wife that) for this girl. Not only that but she was having her own relationship problems with her husband. We talked about the old days, we talked about what happened between us, and we talked about what was happening in our lives that was causing us so much grief. I was in with two women at the same time. This old girlfriend and I at least lived apart so there was no funny business between us yet my wife felt like I was cheating on her. I can understand her point but at no time during all of this did I ever try to hide anything from my wife. I was open and honest with her from the beginning. I also didnt give up on my marriage. Now it is her turn. She is giving up on us because she isnt happy. She shuts me out completely if I try to mention the two of us working on our marriage. She has lied to me from the very beginning when this guy came back into her life. She wants me to leave OUR home and OUR so she can bring this guy in to take my place. Her dream hit a bump in the road and now Im expected to fall off the back of the truck so she can continue down the road of our dream with someone. It aint happenin the way she wants!!!!
